TVA law suit against HSUD could pave the way for HSUD ratepayers to sue the city owned utility department

HOLLY SPRINGS, MS. (TVMO) - The recent civil lawsuit filed by the Tennessee Valley Authority against HSUD, which sues the HSUD Electricity Division for negligence, misuse of funds, and breach of contract, could pave the way for customers to sue the city owned utility department.
