TVA file civil suit against City of Holly Springs, the elected city officials, and general manager of HSUD

HOLLY SPRINGS, MS. (TVMO) - Yesterday, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) filed a civil law suit against the City of Holly Springs, mayor, board of aldermen, and the general manager of HSUD. According to the court filing, TVA have filed the civil suit as the city have failed to adhere to the terms of the Wholesale Power Contract between the city and TVA.
