BYHALIA, MS. (TVMO) - In August 2024, the mayor and alderman from Byhalia appointed Henry Aguilera as the new chief of Byhalia Police Department. At the time of Chief Aguilera’s appointment, though, a handful of Byhalian’s privately raised concerns about his competency and some people even claimed that Chief Aguilera could not speak English.
