HERNANDO, Miss. (TVMO) - No high profile manhunt would be complete without Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman, being part of it. And now, the hunt for fugitive Joshua Zimmerman, who escaped from the DeSoto County Courthouse a little over 2 weeks ago after Zimmerman gave DeSoto County Sheriff’s Deputies the slip on the way into the courtroom and walked out the back door of the courthouse, has caught Dog’s attention.
According to an Instagram post on Dog’s personal page, he is now upping the ante in the quest to find Zimmerman, as Dog has personally pledged $20K to anyone that gives him information that will lead the famous bounty hunter and former reality TV star, to Zimmerman’s location. But Dog best be ready for a fight, as Zimmerman is known to use whatever means at his disposal when anyone closes in on his location. And according to countless law enforcement sources who have spoken to TVMO Community News, if Zimmerman has managed to obtain a firearm, he will not hesitate to use it.
It appears that the reward money being offered by Dog is separate from the $15K already being offered by the U.S. Marshal’s, as various sources have confirmed that the official reward money still stands at $15K. So, if anyone does have information that leads to the arrest of Zimmerman, it seems they stand to make up to $35K for turning Zimmerman in.
