Byhalia resident, 52 year old Billy Terry, arrested at hotel in Byhalia

BYHALIA, MS (TVMO) - Yesterday evening (June 10) at around 8:10 pm Byhalia Police Department were called to America’s Best Value Inn in Byhalia, after reports were received of a white male who was intoxicated and possibly driving a vehicle.
