BYHALIA, MS. (TVMO) - Bryson Payton has always wanted to be a police officer when he grows up, but due to his disabilities, the 13-year-old from Byhalia may never be able to realize that dream. Despite Bryson’s disabilities, though, newly appointed Byhalia Chief of Police, Zack Jenkins, decided he would take action and make Bryson’s dream a reality.
