Alderwoman Richmond appeals the no bond judgement

BYHAILIA, MS (TVMO) - After the Circuit Court revoked Alderwoman Richmond’s bond, she has since put in an appeal to get her bond for the controlled substance/marijuana charge to be reinstated and to get a bond set for the receiving stolen property valued at over $25,000.
